More Standards of Mathematical Practice Help

The Standards of Mathematical Practice have been at the heart Everyday Mathematics from the beginning. The folks at the University of Chicago School Mathematics Project developed Everyday Mathematics paying particular attention to the NCTM Process Standards which have become codified in the Common Core as the Standards of Mathematical Practice.

Since these standards are interwoven into the curriculum the authors of the CCSS edition created the Everyday Mathematics and the Standards of Mathematical Practice guide which included information for the first two units of each grade level. The authors worked with classroom teachers, made adjustments and have now completed the remaining units.
